Refund policy

AI STORE sells digital products delivered as downloadable files.

Because AI STORE products are digital downloads, purchases are generally non-refundable after download access has been delivered.

Refunds may be reviewed only in these cases:

- The customer purchased the same product twice by mistake.

- The customer paid but did not receive download access.

- The delivered file is technically inaccessible or corrupted.

- The wrong file was delivered.

AI STORE products do not guarantee revenue, rankings, sales increases, automation results, or business outcomes. Products provide structured digital execution systems, prompts, workflows, checklists, templates, examples, and guidance. Results depend on the customer’s inputs, implementation, market, offer, and execution quality.
